Based on our experienced professionals, as well in all projects we helped to build; we acquired the required tools to create a successful plan of your project. Having a good plan, helps you to save money, time and effort, avoiding the redo. A good project plan is the best way to show and communicate the vision of the strategy to follow.

We used tools to create our project plans, in our methodology, we have a meeting review every three weeks to check if plan is running accordingly, if not, we discuss internally about what is causing the detour, examine all possible scenarios to return the right path and choose the one is the most accurate and benefit for our client's business.

Changes in the road, yes for sure, all the projects had changes, we establish a policy of change request. Every requested change is analyzed by our engineers, consultants and project managers in order to classify them into three different levels: low, medium our high impact change. Every low change is managed by the project managers (including client side), usually, most of them are accepted; however, medium our high impact changes needs to be discussed with the Business board in order to modify the original plan and budget or create a parallel or future project with that change.
